Pricing & Rental Information

$220 — Minimum 3-hour rental

Additional time: $60 per hour

Additional cleanup time before or after your event
(if needed): $30 per 30-minute interval

Deposit: $80 non-refundable deposit due at time of agreement.

Your rental includes access to the full 2,000 sq ft venue space, along with a collection of charming vintage elements that help make your event feel special.

• Eclectic seating for 40 guests plus comfortable lounge areas
• Vintage dishware and décor accents for styling your event
• Retro display pieces perfect for dessert tables or photo arrangements
• Flexible open layout that can be customized to your event
• Access to multiple restrooms and a convenient kitchenette

Blackbird Common provides the venue space and décor elements, while hosts manage their own event logistics.

Please note:

• Rental does not include catering or wait staff
• Renter is responsible for reasonable cleanup and waste removal
• We are happy to provide a preferred vendor list including catering, photographers, hair & makeup artists, and other event professionals
