Open-house style events can accommodate up to 45 guests with our various lounge areas, but table seating is maxed at 32 guests.

Your rental includes access to the full 2,000 sq ft venue space, along with a collection of charming vintage elements that help make your event feel special.
Included with your rental:
• Use of our unique vintage décor and traditional furniture pieces
• Eclectic seating for 32 guests plus comfortable lounge areas
• Vintage dishware and décor accents for styling your event
• Retro display pieces perfect for dessert tables or photo arrangements
• Flexible open layout that can be customized to your event
• Access to multiple restrooms and a convenient kitchenette -
Blackbird Common provides the venue space and décor elements, while hosts manage their own event logistics.
Please note:
• Rental does not include catering or wait staff
• Renter is responsible for reasonable cleanup
• We are happy to provide a preferred vendor list including catering, photographers, hair & makeup artists, and other event professionals

*Wedding events which require dining setup post ceremony will incur additional fees -
Blackbird Common can be configured in several ways depending on the type of celebration:
